Using the internet for network marketing lead generation means using the automated systems available to your own advantage.

The landing page, or squeeze page, is designed to capture contact and leads. This is achieved by simply offering a free report or e-book, usually containing well-written information about network marketing and its pros and cons. To access this information, however, the person must provide their name and e-mail address. They will be opting in to your list of prospects - and there is no trickery involved, the customer is aware of what they are signing up for at all times. Now you have a prospect who is genuinely interested in network marketing, and you send them regular updates and newsletters with easily accessible information about great network marketing opportunities. Of course, the one you will flag most heavily will be your own.

Using these inexpensive e-mails and by selling e-products you will build up a great relationship with all your contacts. They come to trust you as offering something of value, and being current and reliable. When you have this kudos you aren't perceived as a sales person, merely as someone who is offering great opportunities. You will have achieved what you set out to do - positioned yourself as an authority in network marketing.

To bring people to your sales pages or capture pages you can use search engines to create paid-for traffic or online newsletters, known as called e-zines. Blogs are a great way to have a constantly updated web-presence, and people can subscribe to these to be kept informed. You must learn every way possible to drive traffic to your site, using blogging, social networking sites such as Facebook or MySpace, articles, viral e-books and marketing videos - every trick you can. Once you have enough people in your mailing list you will have all the tools with which to build an automated business without ever having spoken a single word.
